Answer: Nobody knows.

But everybody knows Mark Shaw, the the former Lake County GOP Chairman. Along with being on the Trump campaign payroll, Shaw is the Vice Chairman of the Illinois State Republican Party. Shaw is no longer the Vice Chairman of the Illinois State Republican Party:
