Lake County favorite son Willard Helander will be giving a speech on election suppression protection at some fundraiser in Orland Park:

The keynote speaker is Ken Cuccinelli, who was a Homeland Security Czar under President Trump. Cuccinelli -- aka The Cooch -- is best known for proposing new verbiage for the "give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free" plaque on the Statue of Liberty:
