How about not extending? If the money isn't there, property taxes, which should be used to fund public education, should not be considered to bridge the funding gap. It is documented this extension will not improve traffic congestion; it will aggravate it. The purpose of this extension is based on private corporate interests. Let billionaires fund their own road without taking educational programs away from children.
