Chicago Tribune bête noire, Michael Madigan. In the picture, Madigan is looking at his secret stash of
Psilocybe Cubensis. It is widely believed that Madigan controls the Illinois Statehouse by spiking the Springfield water supply with the intoxicating mushrooms.
